ONE Industries, is the world’s leading motocross graphics company and an innovative manufacturer of racing and riding apparel, helmets, and accessories. Like many manufacturing companies ONE realizes that ecommerce is central to their business, and building a true enterprise level ebusiness platform is mandatory in today’s business marketplace.
ONE came to Zinc Solutions to deliver a fully designed online store to accommodate ecommerce, while preserving the brand’s equity and supporting multiple and diverse product lines by appealing to their equally unique audience categories.
Solution
Zinc Solutions developed a multi-tier strategy that involved: anchoring the site’s visual language to the style of online communities inhabited by their consumers; imaginatively utilizing existing rich ONE Industires content assets; providing a social-shopping component so users could share, save and review products; and offering multiple, intuitive ways to browse and buy.
Technology
The total solution required seamless, real time integration into the NetSuite ERP platform. Zinc Solutions customized the Netsuite backend platform, and developed a custom .NET ecommerce solutions that leveraged the business usage of NetSuite.
Results
The ONE Industries launch resulted in an immediate and sustained increase in site objectives, generated an overwhelmingly enthusiastic consumer response and established a powerful, autonomous e-commerce platform that would form the core of their interactive sales and branding efforts.
